We ship UPS or USPS, unless otherwise noted. All orders are normally shipped within 48 hours of receipt unless stated otherwise on product details page. Next Day Delivery will ship out the following business day after an order is received.

If your product is damaged, please contact customer service immediately at 917-232-4620. Taehi will credit returns of un-used products only. All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of receipt.
